微量营养素是膳食中不可或缺的组成部分。传统上,它们被划分为四大类:水溶性维生素、脂溶性维生素、宏量矿物质以及微量矿物质(即微量元素)。这些成分的缺乏或失衡,均可能在不同层面上对人体健康产生影响。尽管人们对于膳食如何影响人体健康的认知正日益加深,但仍需开展更多研究,以阐明膳食成分之间是如何相互作用的,以及如何在不同情境下实现这些元素的平衡。我们鼓励投稿者提交相关稿件,旨在针对微量营养素在人体健康、特定生理阶段(例如妊娠期、婴幼儿期、衰老期)或病理进程中所发挥的作用,提供新颖且具有机制深度的见解。此外,我们也欢迎提交相关的流行病学数据,以及聚焦于动物模型和适宜的“体外”研究方法的科研成果。
