饮食在人体几乎所有生理功能中都发挥着作用,对于维持最佳免疫功能尤为关键。大量研究已证实某些营养素具有免疫调节特性,但其具体作用机制在许多情况下尚不明确。

本栏目诚邀作者提交原创研究论文及综述文章,探讨营养与免疫之间关系的具体影响及其潜在机制。我们欢迎涉及人体或动物模型的研究,涵盖健康状态及病理过程,重点关注膳食成分如何通过调节免疫反应发挥作用。同时也欢迎采用适宜的体外(in vitro)实验方法开展的相关研究。
