近年来,以卷积神经网络、Transformer、图神经网络及MLP-Mixer为代表的先进神经网络架构蓬勃发展,正深刻变革生物医学工程领域的数据分析与疾病诊疗模式。本专题汇集发表于 Bioengineering 的系列研究,系统展示了多架构融合与创新在跨尺度、多模态生物医学问题中的前沿应用:从基于CNN与MLP-Mixer的结核病活动性分类、融合注意力机制的腰椎管狭窄MRI分析,到结合CNN-Transformer的脑电信号精神分裂症复发预测;从整合基础模型与图神经网络的组织学图像分类,到基于DNA语言模型与图神经网络的错义变异致病性预测。研究还拓展至神经科学(癫痫灶定位、脑年龄预测、情感识别)、肿瘤学(胃肠道间质瘤识别、口腔病理分析)、眼科学(视网膜眼底疾病检测)及康复工程(基于sEMG的触觉通信)等多个交叉领域。这些工作不仅展现了CNN、Transformer、图网络等架构在医学影像、生理信号、基因组学等不同数据类型上的强大能力,更凸显了多架构融合、跨模态学习与模型轻量化在推动精准医疗与智能诊疗发展中的关键作用。
